Data protection

As of 25.05.2018, a new data protection law applies throughout the EU, the regulations of which are contained in the DS-GVO and the BDSG-new. Biggy's little sewing room therefore gives the following privacy policy:

The company Biggy's little sewing room takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations (DS-GVO in conjunction with BDSG-new) and this privacy policy.

The use of my website is usually possible without providing personal data. As far as on my sides personal data (for example name, address or E-Mail addresses) are raised (for example by means of a contact form), this happens, if possible, always on freiwilliger basis and serves the communication between you and us. If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored in order to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. These data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent. Please note that data transmission over the Internet (for example, when communicating via e-mail) may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible.

It looks different when you place orders through my website. When you place an order, your contact details (address, email address, phone number, etc.) will be saved. The storage serves to carry out the order. Upon conclusion of the order, you will receive a separate information sheet in accordance with Art. 13 DS-GVO.

If you do not want to use my contact form, you can write an email from the email program of your computer or contact us by phone. We then save your contact details so that we can answer your inquiries. If your questions can be answered in a phone call, no data will be saved by you.
