2. Right of withdrawal

Consequences of the cancellation

If you revoke this Agreement, I will have you all the payments I have received from you, including the delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a different type of delivery than our standard low-priced delivery have to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notice of your revocation of this contract has reached me. Unless otherwise agreed below, the statutory warranty right for defects in the context of a purchase contract shall apply in principle.

As far as it is toys for dogs, defects are to be reported immediately. Complaints can be made, e.g. refer to the processing of the product. However, there is no shortage if your dog destroys the toy. Again, I would like to emphasize that this is a sewn toy made of fabric that, despite being handled improperly by dog ​​teeth or claws, may be damaged despite careful workmanship. Please understand that no liability can be accepted. Such complaints can not be accepted. The same applies to the offered blankets and other goods in the shop.

The above limitations do not apply to claims for damages caused by me, my legal representatives or vicarious agents intentionally or through gross negligence.

4. Liability

I am liable for intent and gross negligence as well as in accordance with the product liability law. For slight negligence I am liable for damages resulting from injury to life, limb and health of persons. It is expressly stated that the products are only for dogs I do not assume any liability for non-species-appropriate use.

In addition, the following limitation of liability applies: In case of slight negligence, I shall only be liable in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on whose compliance you can regularly rely (cardinal duty). The liability for slight negligence is limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which is typically to be expected. This limitation of liability also applies to my vicarious agents.

5. Dispute resolution

6. Final provisions

Should one or more provisions of these terms and conditions be or become ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

For entrepreneurs, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between me and you is my place of business.
